Narrowboat 42' Cruiser Stern

Kitty is a well presented 42ft Narrowboat which has recently undergone a full interior update and modernisation with new galley appliances and saloon furniture. Exterior coach work recently repainted, if the new owner wishes to add coach lines this can be done to their own colour pallet. Stern and bow decks are fitted with full cockpit and cratch canopies, a fantastic use of space for alfresco dining. A super boat for someone who wishes to put their own stamp on.

Off center stern doors leads into a bright and modern master cabin. A fixed double berth is located to port with storage lockers below with side access. High level storage cupboards with LED reading lights. Additional storage / wardrobe is found aft of the berth.

The shower room / heads utilise all space available. A pump out toilet is found to port with a separate shower alongside, opposite a ceramic hand basin is set in a vanity unit with a single lever stainless steel mixer tap. Large mirror to reflect the sparkling bathroom wall panels.

The newly refitted galley boats a U-shaped arrangement with a surface mounted Thetford 3 burner hob with glass cover, creating more worktop space when the hob is not in use. Below the hob a Thetford grill / oven unit which has only been used once! A stainless-steel kitchen sink with draining board, 12V fridge, 240V microwave and handy high and low level storage cupboards.

The saloon consists of a nearly new Sofa Bed Barn sofa bed, a super comfortable 3 seater settee or as a double bed to accommodate two extra berths when required. Opposite a book shelve with lots of useful storage, a Boatman multi fuel stove on a tiled hearth is positioned starboard, providing plenty of heat onboard, ideal for all year round cruising.

Cabin heating is provided by a Boatman multi fuel stove located in the saloon. The 50L calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising a 1500W Pure Sine Wave invertor ensures you are never without power. 1x starter battery, x3 leisure batteries.
