Following the disappointing closure of Boats 2020 and the Ocean Village Boat Show by the local council, Tingdene Boats has made arrangements for socially distanced viewing to be transferred to Mercury Yacht Harbour on the nearby River Hamble.

We're really disappointed to report that, having completed our preparations to attend the Boats 2020 and Ocean Village Boat Show events, Southampton City Council has withdrawn the licence for both events to operate on the evening before show start.

Debuts for Cranchi E26, T 43 and Viking 31 at Southampton in September

Tingdene Boat Sales will be displaying 11 boats spanning 22ft to 45ft from the Cranchi, Viking and Glastron ranges at the Southampton International Boat Show

We're particularly looking forward to displaying no less than three Cranchi E26 models – a pair of E26 Classics and an E26 Rider. Every time these boats are shown they gather a crowd, so there will be a chance for all to get aboard and see how the brilliant blend of classic looks, performance, comfortable appointments and low maintenance translates on the water.

At the opposite end of the spectrum we'll be showing the largest-yet Cranchi to grace UK shores (pictured right). The T 43 Eco Trawler offers a three-deck layout combined with a versatile hull equally at home when ambling, or cracking along at pace to get to a haven. Recently arrived with us, our T 43 Trawler is ready to go for adventures of all kinds with family and friends.

Full Cranchi line-up at the Cannes Yachting Festival

If you like the thought of some early September French Riviera sunshine and the opportunity to view the whole Cranchi line-up then visit us on the Cranchi stand at the Cannes Yachting Festival which runs from 10-15 September 2019.

You'll be able to see every model in the Cantiere Nautico Cranchi range between 26ft-60ft, except the 26 Rider, in the Pantiero section of the Vieux Port. Highlights will include the launch of the T 55 Trawler (pictured left) and the release of further details of the forthcoming Cranchi Settantotto 78ft flagship. Cranchi will also show a revised version of the Cranchi Endurance 30 which picks up on styling themes from the hugely successful E26 Classic and E26 Rider.

Cranchi enhances UK representation

Following its success working with Cantiere Nautico Cranchi SpA since January 2018, Tingdene Boat Sales has now taken full responsibility in the UK for the quality Italian motor yacht manufacturer.

In collaboration with this change, long-standing Cranchi partner, Abersoch Land & Sea, will continue as a dealer of the brand from its key location for North West boating in Pwllheli, North Wales. This strengthens the number of UK sites where Cranchi enjoys experienced representation to 13 locations, 10 of them Tingdene Boat Sales’ own offices across England.

Cranchi and Glastron at Poole Harbour Boat Show

Tingdene Boat Sales' comprehensive tour of all of the UK's best events continues on 7-9 June at the Poole Harbour Boat Show which will feature the Cranchi Z 35, Cranchi M 44 HT and Glastron GT 229.

This event has been growing for several years now and 2019 looks to be the biggest yet, with a great selection of boats and exhibitors afloat and shore. Based at Poole Quay Boat Haven, right alongside the harbour's historic quarter, the show also features a lot of entertainment, including parachute displays, fireworks and RNLI demonstrations. On the Sunday you'll also be able to view competitors from the Poole Bay 100 Powerboat Racing fleet.
